Former Best Buy Corporate Public Relations team member Dawn Bryant lost more than 140 pounds…in a year. And she’s kept it off. She was featured in local and national media, including People Magazine, Good Morning America, and Women’s World. She didn’t do anything crazy — no pills, no injury-inducing workouts, no calorie deprivation, no fad diets. Instead she found a way to make little changes that added up physical and lifestyle transformations. Now, five years later, Dawn shuttered her consulting business to join forces with the owner of a small boutique to grow that fitness business more than 500 percent, and open a new, thriving indoor cycling studio. Dawn lives her life as an open book, with the goal of helping others see the true strength, tenacity, determination, and beauty that already exists inside of everyone she meets. She'll share lots of real-life tips, struggles, humor, and practical advice as she encourages attendees to OWN THEIR HEALTH and discover their own, unique, strength-finding journeys.
