Dawn Bryant is passionate — about health, fitness, leadership, purpose and hope. She’s a businesswoman, an entrepreneur, a speaker, a health and fitness crusader, a food lover, and a believer in people. Two decades of business experience, combined with personal experiences from her own life, including her 140-pound weight loss landing her in People magazine, on Good Morning America, and in Women’s World magazine (among others), fuel her mission of living to inspire and help people discover untapped possibility, strength and greatness ALREADY living inside of them.

Driven to inspire others to discover their own strengths, Dawn has shared her stories of grit, risk, perseverance, weight loss, discovering strength, overcoming injuries and setbacks, and even cooking tips to audiences of 20, and audiences of 500, in many diverse venues (in and out of the U.S.). Her topics may focus on health and wellness, but include elements very relevant to everyday life, and even business, it's why her audiences have included big corporations, small businesses, non-profits, business networking groups, churches, and community gatherings (not to mention news media reaching millions of people).

Dawn has amassed a deep and diverse well of professional and personal experiences in 46 years. She has worked inside of giant corporations, advised senior executives in some of the biggest companies in the world, consulted for non-profits, launched a church and served as a pastor, helped people and organizations articulate and share their stories on local and national platforms, she’s managed crises and averted others, she’s started businesses, and she’s tended and cared for those businesses as they’ve grown and touched uncountable lives. She’s taken giant risks — both personally and professionally — because the opportunities were too incredible to ignore. She’s experienced infertility, spinal surgeries, severe surgical complications, death of close family, and horrific tragedy. And — in good and bad times — she’s met incredible human beings along the way who have kept her purpose-focused on living her legacy. Now.
