Ingredients
- 11 dates (seeds removed)
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1/4 c almond butter
- 1/2 c protein powder (unflavored or chocolate)
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 2/3 c almond meal
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c water
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until mixture is smooth and sticky. If mixture is too sticky; cover and refrigerate a couple hours to firm up. Roll into bite-sized balls (approx 1 1/2 inches diameter). Leave plain, roll in unsweetened coconut, roll in cocoa powder, roll in espresso powder, or sprinkle with sea salt. Store in refrigerator.
